On average, the indoor walking burns more calories for me because its more consistent than the walking meditation while carried at the same time and hence one can be used in whatever use one would like them to burn the calories. The chance to do other practices state and show how the resources available are utilised whereby the the indoor is similar to a restricted kind unlike while relying on the outdoor where one can do any other thing that they can wish to do and hence it depends on what one feels fits best for them to recall properly without any difficulties because different people have different capabilities and levels of concentration that are needed.
There is an advantage of ensuring that one enters into a mental recalling so that they get to remember some of the things that they have done or passed through over passage of time so that they can have peaceful minds free from too much thoughts which may turn to be disastrous in situations when they are not solved and hence they are very beneficial to different people especially when some of the experiences are too bad and can not tolerate some of these thought from the difficulties that they cause. One is able to control the rate at which they age while they rely on the meditation classes which are very important in reducing too much stress.
